Linde is Building a New Air Separation Unit in Kazincbarcika - VIDEO REPORT

Linde Gáz Magyarország, which was founded in 1992 in Hungary, produces industrial and medical gases. They will now build a new air-separation unit in Kazincbarcika with an investment of EUR 41.6 million, retaining 430 jobs. The project primarily aims to serve the needs of the factory developments currently being under construction at the premises of BorsodChem.

The Linde corporation was established in 1879 in Germany, offering industrial and medical gas and engineering services. Today they provide their services to customers in more than 100 countries for almost all industry segments.

Linde Gáz Magyarország was founded in 1992 in Répcelak, their primary activity is producing industrial, medical and special gases. They have gas production capacity and filling plants at five of their premises.

Linde started the construction of the new air separation plant last year primarily serving the nitrogen, oxygen and compressed air needs of BorsodChem. Besides providing for the ever growing industrial gas demand of BorsodChem, their increased output capacity will allow delivering liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon to the Hungarian market, and also serve the needs of other countries in the region.
