Stay Tuned for the Third Edition of the Hungarian Battery Day Coming up on 10/26

This year the most important annual meeting of local and regional battery industry stakeholders, the III. Hungarian Battery Day conference will take place on 26 October in Budapest, organised jointly by White Paper Consulting and the Hungarian Battery Association.

Following the opening speech of Minister of Economic Development Márton Nagy, top-notch experts of the battery sector will take the stage one after another. The conference brings together senior executives of market leading businesses from Hungary and the region, high-ranking government and EU decision-makers, leaders of prominent professional associations and renowned researchers in the field to discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with the battery industry.

Among others, Mr. István Joó, the CEO of HIPA and the Government Commissioner for the Implementation of Large Foreign Direct Investments; Mr. Attila Steiner, the Hungarian State Secretary for Energy and Climate Policy; and Mr. Jason Chen, the General Manager of CATL's European Operations will be attending the event to share their thoughts. Additionally, EUROBAT, the SAE International Battery Standards Steering Committee, the Batteries Europe Working Group, Umicore, Éltex, the European Battery Alliance, Atlas Copco and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will be represented at the conference.

The regional gathering that will take place for the third time now provides a unique platform to strengthen cooperation, gather stakeholders from different fields and promote international collaboration with the participation of more than 100 companies and institutions from different segments of the value chain.
